A simple but clean establishment.
I had some excellent schiacciate, both with ham and pecorino and with burrata, porcini, and truffle; there is plenty of choice for fillings, with schiacciate both ready-made and to be prepared.
There are also other types of dishes, but we didn’t try them.
The desserts are good as well.
Prices are really fair.
Visited on a weekday in July, it was perfect for avoiding crowds.

A stroll through the little streets opposite and a visit to the church just up the road are worth those extra 15 minutes!
Truly excellent for a lunch or a snack featuring schiacciate and top-quality cured meats, grilled vegetables in oil, crostini, and salads. All very good.
The desserts are also delightful! The rooms where you can dine are lovely, whether in summer or winter.
Being 1000 metres up certainly adds to the appeal and encourages a visit!
I arrived home and realised that the cheese I had purchased was charged but not placed in the bag. I called, and a very kind gentleman answered, who not only apologised but also sent an employee to deliver it to my home... all the way to Bagno a Ripoli! I also thank the very kind lady!
This means caring about customers!
I’ll be back soon!
GOOD JOB!
